Service Availability

We aim to keep Lyght available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily take the site offline.

Limitation on Backups

While we maintain industry-standard security, we recommend that you maintain your own backups of any data or work you store through our services. We're not liable for data loss.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lyght regarding your use of our website and services. No other agreements (written or verbal) are binding unless signed by both parties.
